For our applications to function correctly, technical information is automatically recorded: user identifier (Telegram ID or account ID), device type, and time of interactions with the site and applications.

Data is stored on our own servers, separately from Telegram, and is not sent back to Telegram.

In some of our applications (for example, the emotion diary), entries are not linked to your real identity. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or email to use the relevant bot.

Such entries are not shared with psychologists, third parties, or other users without your explicit consent.

To delete all your data, send the /delete command to the relevant bot, or a request to [email protected] — your data will be deleted within 7 days.

Our applications related to emotional wellbeing (for example, the emotion diary) are tools for reflection and self-discovery, not a substitute for professional psychological help.
